Wolfers Way Consulting collects only the information you choose to provide through the consultation form, such as your name, email, optional company, and description of the operational problem.

Website assistant

Questions and limited recent conversation context may be sent to OpenAI as a service provider when the AI assistant is enabled. This is used only to generate the assistant’s response. The website limits message length and does not intentionally include Scott Wolfer’s private ChatGPT conversations or memories. Assistant questions do not create a consultation record unless you separately submit the consultation form.

How information is used

Information is used to review your request, determine whether Wolfers Way may be a fit, respond to you, and maintain a record of the inquiry. It is not used to create a contract, appointment, payment, or automated external commitment.

Storage and access

Consultation requests are stored in the website’s protected lead database. Access is restricted to the authorized Wolfers Way Consulting owner account. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information you should not submit

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical information, employee records, confidential employer data, customer data, proprietary system details, or other sensitive information through the public consultation form or website assistant.

Sharing and retention

Wolfers Way does not sell consultation information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the site or when legally required. Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing wolfersway@gmail.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the business, website, or service providers change. The current effective date will appear above.
