Some orders did not fit the standard automated-packing process. I helped establish dedicated paths, clarify ownership, and remove roughly one to four unnecessary handling steps in selected workflows.

Building an operating team
I helped grow a night operation from roughly four employees to more than 30, developing workflows, expectations, training, and employees who moved into leadership roles.
Making system changes usable
I supported Dynamics 365 go-live and changes across receiving, inventory, shipping, reporting, and packing. My contribution connected operational requirements, vendors, testing, procedures, training, and launch stabilization.
