A practical starting point

Start with the problem you need to solve.

You do not need to select a package before we talk. We decide what work is useful, what your team needs to provide, and what a successful handoff should look like.

When it fits

Understand the problem

You know something is wrong, but the cause or best next step is unclear.

We review the work, people, systems, and available evidence to establish a practical starting point.

How the evaluation works

Agreed evaluation scope and questions

Workflow observation and available data review

Likely causes, priorities, and recommended next steps

A decision readout you can use to choose the work

When it fits

Fix a defined problem

You need to correct one recurring workflow, error, delay, or avoidable cost.

We agree on the change and the result before implementation. The work can include routing, procedures, inventory controls, shipping decisions, training, or clearer handoffs.

How we assess costs and savings

Starting measures and a defined improvement

Practical instructions and exception handling

Process ownership, team training, and agreed backup coverage

Testing, result review, and a documented handoff

When it fits

Put a system change to work

New or existing software needs to work reliably in the actual operation.

I connect operations, leadership, and technical providers through requirements, testing, training, launch, and stabilization. Specialist coding, configuration, and licenses are scoped separately.

My role in implementation

Operational requirements and clear responsibilities

Realistic test scenarios and issue ownership

Procedures, training, and launch preparation

Agreed stabilization support and acceptance review

Defined work. A clear finish.

Your team owns the process after handoff.

Every engagement defines the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, and completion measures before work begins. Added work is discussed and agreed separately.

Want support afterward? You choose.

Ongoing help is available by request under a separate agreed scope. There is no required Wolfers Way support subscription. A project’s savings-share payments, if selected, are separate from optional support.

On-site visits and remote support are arranged around the agreed project schedule. Availability is confirmed before you commit.
