We agree on the evaluation scope and fee before the evaluation. The evaluation fee is due only when you accept the engagement and hire Wolfers Way. It is credited dollar for dollar toward your total fees.
If you don’t hire Wolfers Way after the meeting and discussion, there is no evaluation charge. Once you hire me, the agreed evaluation fee is due. Further savings-based fees depend on verified savings, after applying your evaluation payment as a credit. Before you commit, we also agree on how the payment is treated if total earned fees are lower than the evaluation payment.
Actual expense reductions count as savings. Time freed up counts as capacity until it reduces an expense. Any client-funded software, equipment, or outside vendor costs require agreement before purchase and reduce the measured net savings.We can fix a defined workflow, help implement a system, build clear procedures and training, or support ongoing improvement.
Eligible projects can use a fee equal to the first full month’s verified net savings, or 10% of verified net savings each month for 18 months.
Measurement, project costs, payment terms, and responsibilities are agreed before implementation. The evaluation payment is credited against the total engagement fees.We agree on deliverables, client responsibilities, acceptance measures, and the included support period. Further help is available by request under a separate scope. Savings-share payments do not require a support subscription.
Before hiring, we also agree on how your evaluation payment is treated if total earned project fees are lower than that payment. Sending a message or meeting with Scott does not create a bill.
